DeMill Properties, LLC, located in Springfield, MO, is a professional property management company serving the greater Springfield area. We specialize in both single and multi-family residences, offering full-service property management and leasing/tenant placement services.
Our tenants enjoy a seamless online portal experience, with online application and payment options, direct communication with staff, and rapid response to maintenance requests. We also offer after-hours emergency maintenance and conduct routine property inspections and filter changes.
Our pet policy is flexible, with approval varying per property. Properties that approve pets typically allow 1-2 pets under 40 pounds, non-aggressive breeds only, with a non-refundable pet deposit.
What sets us apart is our experienced team, boasting over 35 years of real estate experience, including 13 in property management. Our team, which includes 3 licensed real estate agents and 2 licensed brokers, meets weekly for ongoing training and communication.
