  • Third-party payment processor interruptions
  • User errors in payment submission 

5. Maintenance Requests 

Submission of a maintenance request does not guarantee immediate repair or service. Emergency situations involving threats to life, safety, fire, gas leaks, flooding, or criminal activity should first be reported to emergency services by calling 911 where appropriate.


Tenants remain responsible for complying with lease procedures regarding maintenance reporting and access.
